Pickup & online orders

Online ordering is intended for eligible merchandise available for local pickup from Ohana Sivungaq Store. An order is not a guarantee of availability until the store accepts or prepares it. Inventory can change before an order is completed, especially when customers are also shopping in person.

Payment

Depending on which methods the store has enabled, an order may be paid online through a supported payment provider or paid at pickup. Online payment information is handled by the selected payment provider; the storefront is designed not to store full card numbers.

Order or billing problems

Contact the store about incorrect charges, an order that was not supplied, or an order cancellation request.

No refunds or replacements

All sales are final. Under no circumstances will Ohana Sivungaq Store issue refunds or replacements, except where required by applicable law. If you have a problem with a product you purchased, contact the manufacturer directly.

Keep your receipt and the product packaging so you can provide the manufacturer with the product name, purchase date, and any batch or serial number. Any manufacturer assistance is subject to its own policies and applicable warranties.

This store policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. For an incorrect charge or an order the store did not supply, contact the store directly.

Donations & transaction receipts

Completed donations are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. No merchandise is provided. A transaction receipt is provided as proof of a confirmed payment; it is not a charitable tax receipt.

Save or print your receipt from the confirmation screen. Signed-in customers can reopen receipts from loaded order history. Guests should save their receipt before leaving the page. Pending, failed, cancelled, unpaid or refunded records do not establish a completed payment. Contact the store with your order reference for billing questions.

Website terms

By using this website, you agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order and to use the site only for lawful personal shopping. Prices, inventory, product descriptions, pickup availability and promotions may change. Obvious pricing or catalog errors may be corrected before fulfillment.

Customer accounts are for the individual account holder. Users are responsible for protecting their sign-in information. The store may limit, reject or cancel orders when necessary for inventory, fraud prevention, payment failure, safety, legal restrictions or other legitimate store operations.

Third-party services such as payment processors and authentication/database providers can have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability may vary by device, account eligibility or provider rules.

Privacy notice

The website may collect information you submit to create an account or place an order, such as your name, email address, phone number, favorites, order contents and order notes. This information is used to operate accounts, prepare orders, provide order history, prevent abuse, and support store operations.

When cloud accounts are enabled, account and store data are designed to be stored using Supabase. When online payments are enabled, payment processing is handled by the enabled payment provider. The storefront is designed so secret payment credentials remain on the server and full card details are not sent to the store database.

The preview version can store cart, favorites, preview account information and preview orders locally in your browser so the site can be tested before the production backend is connected. Clearing browser storage can remove that preview data.

Order authorization and pickup records

When you authorize checkout, we save your typed name, acknowledgment text and version, server-recorded time, accepted total, original itemized order, and account identifier when signed in. If you acknowledge pickup on a staff device, we also record your typed recipient name, the collection statement, staff account, time, and items. These records support receipts, order fulfillment, fraud prevention, and payment inquiries or disputes and may be shared with our payment processor when relevant. They do not independently verify card ownership or identity. Do not enter full card numbers, security codes, identification documents, or sensitive information in order notes. Full card details and security codes are not part of these evidence records.

Data choices

Customers can sign out of their account and can ask the store to correct account or order-contact information where appropriate. A production launch should include a store contact method for privacy questions and account/data requests.

Age-restricted merchandise

Tobacco information on this website is separated from the online shopping cart. Confirming the 21+ prompt only controls whether availability information is displayed; it is not proof of age and does not replace an in-person ID check.

Age-restricted products are not available through this website's online checkout. Any in-store sale remains subject to applicable law, identification requirements, store policy and actual stock.
